Last week 25 Midwest tech startup companies stood proudly behind their demo tables while over 500 guests walked the room eager to meet these innovators. Not only was midVentures25 meant to showcase these 25 companies, but a friendly competition as well. The top 5 startups chosen would then have the opportunity to present to a panel of judges.
When we first heard of mV25, there was no question that Flexhire wanted to be included. The event was a great opportunity for us to expand beyond Cleveland, meet people to help Flexhire and our site grow, and gain feedback. What we thought would be strictly business turned into a learning experience.
Flexhire was very privileged to be one of the tech companies. Even though we were not chosen to present, we loved every second of the event! From speaking with interested attendees to meeting executives from Google, OpenTable, Groupon, it was truly a great experience.
